Job Scope:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic and international roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for a smooth global recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and present suitable candidates.
- Travel to job fairs, campus drives, and networking events across regions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
- Contribute to employer branding to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice globally.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Understand employer branding and global recruitment.
- Willing to travel internationally for recruitment activity events.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Cope with fast-paced environment.
